Purpose
Why HRD exists
Research is often compressed into the phrase “studies show.” HRD makes the missing details visible: which studies, what intervention, what outcome, what changed and how closely the source evidence matches the claim.
Scope
Focused before broad
The first release concentrates on sauna and passive heat, cold-water immersion, contrast therapy, photobiomodulation, floatation and massage. HRD deepens these topics before expanding indiscriminately.
Independence
Research first
Claim, topic, study and trial pages contain no shopping links. Commercial relationships and project funding are disclosed separately.
