Governance

Editorial Policy

HRD separates source metadata, automated classification and editorial interpretation so readers can see where each statement comes from.

Labels

Three provenance layers

Source metadata comes from PubMed or ClinicalTrials.gov. Structured classification is rule-assisted and identified as such. Claim answers are editorial summaries designed to state uncertainty plainly.

Standards

What we do not do

We do not infer effectiveness from publication counts, treat registry entries as results, collapse distinct interventions into one, invent reviewer credentials or present HRD as medical advice.

Updates

Living reviews

Material new evidence can trigger a reassessment. Changes and corrections should be recorded publicly with the date and reason.
